Processing times

All orders are processed and shipped from our UK studio within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Options

• Standard UK Shipping – FREE (up to 4 business days)
• Express UK Shipping – Available at checkout for an additional fee (24h)

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Product Availability

Our jewellery is made in small batches. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you immediately to offer a replacement or full refund.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
• To request a return, email info@mocanajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings
• Personalised or custom items
• Gift cards
• Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We’ll confirm via email once it’s been processed.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
