All our pieces are handcrafted in Colombia by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and ethically sourced materials. Each design is curated in the UK with love and intention.

Are your products made to order?

No — our jewellery is not made to order. However, due to the handmade nature, pieces are produced in small batches, ensuring quality and uniqueness in every design.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only, but we’re working on expanding soon. Join our mailing list to stay updated!

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it within 1–3 business days.

  • Standard UK Delivery: FREE (2–4 business days)
  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional fee shown at checkout)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery is made using quality materials such as sterling silver, gold-filled metals, and natural stones. Full material details are listed on each product page.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. All Mocana packaging is plastic-free, recyclable, and gift-ready — perfect for treating yourself or someone special.
